Mrs. Michelle O. Burns

It is an honor to join the RCTCM counseling department and serve as your school counselor! It is with great pleasure that I say welcome back to school!  This is my fifth year serving as a school counselor in Richmond County; however, I have over 20 years of counseling experience. I enjoy working with students on all levels and look forward to an AWESOME school year as I learn more about the students and families within the RCTCM community.  My focus for this school year is to assure that every student’s academic/educational, career and social emotional needs are met on both the virtual and face-to-face platforms.
