The Foundations of Engineering and Technology course introduces students to the core principles and practical applications of modern engineering disciplines. Through engaging, project-based learning, students explore the engineering design process, technical problem-solving, safety standards, technological history, and data analysis. Emphasis is placed on developing critical thinking, teamwork, and professional communication skills that are essential across engineering and technology fields. Students gain early exposure to engineering tools, systems, and career pathways, while participating in co-curricular opportunities such as the Technology Student Association (TSA).
