Welcome to a brand-new school year! I’m thrilled to have you in our English Language Arts class, where we’ll be “Driving Excellence” one stroke at a time. Just like a golfer carefully lines up each shot to reach the green, we’ll take thoughtful steps in reading, writing, and thinking to reach our goals.

This year, you’ll dive into powerful texts, craft meaningful writing, and discover the strength of your own voice. Every assignment, every discussion, and every page you read will be a stroke toward your personal excellence.

So grab your clubs, metaphorically, of course, and get ready to swing into a year of growth, creativity, and success.
