I am originally from Aurora, Colorado. I lived in Central Florida before moving to the Augusta area in February of 2023. I have a cat named Bonnie whom I love and adore like a child. In my free time I enjoy watching anime, playing video games, crocheting, or exploring new foods.

Growing up I felt abandoned by the school system in my personal life, I felt like just another seat to fill. I was the first in my family to graduate from college which was significant. Being from a first-generation immigrant family, higher education felt unachievable. My goal as a teacher is to provide every student with the skills and confidence to graduate high school and succeed in life post-high school. 

I teach 12th grade British Literature, all grades in Journalism, and 9th grade homeroom.
