Dear Hephzibah High School Faculty, Staff, and Community,

It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as the new Instructional Coach at Hephzibah High School. I am honored to join a school and community so deeply committed to student success, and I look forward to partnering with each of you to strengthen teaching and learning across our campus.

As your instructional coach, my role is to support teachers in every aspect of instruction to help ensure all students reach their highest levels of achievement. This includes providing classroom support, assisting with lesson planning, analyzing student data, modeling effective instructional strategies, supporting professional learning, and collaborating to create rigorous and engaging learning experiences for every student. My goal is to serve as a resource, a thought partner, and a consistent support—whether you need help implementing new strategies, refining current practices, or exploring innovative approaches to instruction.

I believe deeply in the power of collaboration, and I know that when we work together, we create the conditions where students thrive. My guiding belief is captured in one of my favorite quotes: “Together we can.” Together we can overcome challenges, strengthen instruction, and build opportunities for every student at Hephzibah High School.
