Greetings DFA Community, 

This is my fourth year as part of the DFA family, and I am thrilled to be teaching at Davidson Fine Arts for the 2024-2025 school year.  You will soon discover that I LOVE MATH, but more than that, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE sharing the joy of math with my students. In preparation for this awesome task of being an educator, I completed my B.S. degree in Mathematics at Paine College. To sharpen my ability to educate my students more effectively, I completed my Master of Arts in teaching at Augusta State University and my Specialist Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education at Columbus State University. This is my 18th year teaching. I began my teaching career at Cross Creek High School here in Richmond County. I've also had teaching stints in Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama. Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with family, completing logic puzzles, and resting. This year I will teach Advanced Mathematical Decision Making, AP Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus AB. I am looking forward to a productive, challenging, and fulfilling school year!
