Vision: The Richmond County School System will provide an equitable education for all students to prepare them for life beyond the classroom.
Mission: Building a globally competitive school system that educates the whole child through teaching, learning, collaboration, and innovation.
From April 6th through the 13th, Westside will honor Spring Break. This is a chance for our students and staff to take breath and rest. While students and teachers are encouraged to take a break, there will be some that may want to catch up with work. That is each individuals teachers and students choice. With that said, if a student or parent attempts to reach a teacher, please give the teacher time to respond. The response may not come until April 14th. Starting April 14th, students are to continue working on the next ten days of Distance Learning that will be updated on the schoolswebsite under each teacher.
I hope everyone is healthy and has a restful Spring Break. -Mr. Smith
