Welcome to an exciting year at "Westside the Best Side".  I am Katrina Kelley-Stone (Coach Stone),M.Ed.  I will be embarking on my 5th year at Westside High School.  I have had the privilege of working in many areas of education, such as elementary, special education, adult education, and ESOL.

This year will be an adventurous year. By implementing and using innovative platforms and delivery of instructions, I will guide you through the learning process.  Although you may not desire to go into this field, you will discover authentic connections to the content provided. It is my goal to assist you in focusing on the HOWs and the WHYs instead of the WHATs.  In order for US to make this a successful year, WE have to be intentional about what we do. Therefore, I ask that you have an OPEN MIND and GROWTH MINDSET in order to discover the world of opportunity that TEACHING has to offer.
