Please read over the Federal ID cards instructions link.  There are two Federal ID cards: One in English and One in Spanish.  Following the directions and video, please complete the PDF Federal ID card and either message this in Canvas back to your child’s 3^rd period teacher or email it to your child’s 3^rd period teacher.
