MCV4 Immunization Reminder – Juniors

If your child is a junior and not up to date on immunizations, you’ll receive a call or message from the school. Students must be compliant by December 5th to avoid withdrawal.
Vaccines are available at the Richmond County Health Department. If you’re opting out, a signed and notarized religious affidavit must be submitted. Blank affidavit forms are on the Westside High School page under Elizabeth Gilmer, RN.
