• UPDATE - REMAINING SUMMER WORKOUTS AND PRACTICES

    Dates - Wed July 15

                - Mon/Tues July 20, 21

    Location - ARC Gym

    Time - 6:00-7:30 (to include conditioning, volleyball drills, and intrasquad scrimmaging.)

    NOTES:

    • all workouts are voluntary
    • there will be no locker room access
    • one restroom will be open for one person at a time to use
    • no water fountains will be used
    • athletes should bring PLENTY of water for themselves

    Forms Required for Conditioning - Summer 2020

    Acknowledgement Form - must be signed by a parent and the student-athlete - no form/no workout - REQUIRED

    Conditioning Recommendations - from GHSA - a copy will be provided for parents/athletes

    Workout Questionnaire - from GHSA - must be answered for each conditioning session - a copy will be provided for parents/athletes

    Returning Guidelines - from RCSS Athletics - a copy will be provided for parents/athletes

    Infectious Disease Plan - from RCSS - a copy will be provided for parents/athletes

    Letter to Parents - from RCSS/ARC - generic copy - a copy will be provided for parents/athletes


    Required Annual Forms - the forms below are required each year. Concussion forms must be submitted for each sport played.

    Emergency Medical Card - parents I need this printed, filled out, and brought to me. This is what I will take to away games in case we need to reach you. You may type or hand write the form. Thanks.
