Rhys DeLoach was recently chosen as the Scholar Athlete by WJBF and was awarded the Scholar Athlete Award. The WJBF Scholar Athlete Award recognizes students for their excellence in the classroom and on the athletic field. Students are nominated for this award and the committee chooses who they believe best represents the values and attributes of a scholar athlete. There are only 32 student athletes chosen for this award throughout the academic school year.
