I am Jahmia Bradley, and I am delighted to join the academic community at ARC for the upcoming school year. As we embark on this journey together, I want to share a bit about myself and my commitment to our shared goals.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Studies from Augusta University, I bring a diverse educational background to my role as a 9th Grade Literature teacher. Additionally, I am proud to be a part of the SPED Department and to co-teach 11th Grade American Literature, where I can contribute my expertise to create inclusive and enriching learning experiences for all students.
My passion for both academics and athletics has been a defining aspect of my life. As an alumna of Augusta University, I had the privilege of being a member of the Women's Basketball Team. Through this experience, I learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Today, I apply these lessons in my role as the Assistant Coach of the Girls' Basketball Team and the Head Coach of the Girls' JV Basketball Team. It is my belief that sports provide valuable opportunities for personal growth and character development, and I am honored to guide our young athletes in their journey.
While this may be my first year at ARC, my excitement knows no bounds. I am eager to collaborate with my fellow educators, support staff, and, most importantly, our students, to create a dynamic and nurturing learning environment. Together, we will not only explore the world of literature but also nurture the intellectual and personal growth of every student.
As we embark on this academic adventure, please know that I am here to support and guide you. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, ideas, or concerns you may have. I firmly believe that the synergy of our collective efforts will make this school year a resounding success.
Here's to a year filled with growth, learning, and memorable moments. I am honored to be a part of the ARC community and excited to work alongside each of you.
