Lab Safety Contracts

Lab Safety Contracts must be completed, signed and returned to allow students to participate in hands-on lab experiences. Lab Safety is a top priority in our science classroom. Contracts were provided at Open House and during the first week of school. Please ensure your student has returned their form so they will be ready to start working in the lab.
