The Teacher Keys Effectiveness System (TKES) consists of multiple components, including the Teacher Assessment on Performance Standards (TAPS), Measures of Student Growth and Academic Achievement. The overarching goal of TKES is to support continuous growth and development of each teacher.

The Leader Keys Effectiveness System (LKES) is comprised of three components which contribute to an overall Leader Effectiveness Measure (LEM): Leader Assessment on Performance Standards (LAPS), Governance and Leadership (Climate Surveys, Student Attendance, and Retention of Effective Teachers), and Student Growth and Academic Achievement (SGP and Achievement Gap Reduction).
