We in the Richmond County School System (RCSS) believe that by providing clear instructional expectations, equitable resources, a modern curriculum, training our teachers and leaders, and remaining willing to always monitor and adjust, we will see an increase in students’ learning. Our goal for all RCSS graduates is to be “future ready”—fully prepared for success in college, career, the workplace, and throughout life. This preparation encompasses a year-after-year focus on academics, digital skills, critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and communication.
