Creative Curriculum

  • All Richmond County School System Pre-K classes utilize Creative Curriculum.  This research-based curriculum is aligned with the Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS) and correlates to Georgia's Kindergarten Performance Standards. In conjunction with Bright From the Start guidelines, the Pre-K day is structured through large group opportunities, choice time, read-alouds, and small group opportunities. Each day is anchored around conversation, play, and learning.

    Through differentiated instruction, our Pre-K students are able to experience integrated learning opportunities and are introduced to new vocabulary, concepts, and skills. The following are the learning domains covered throughout the school year:
