PHASE III - ESPLOST
-
In 2006, the community supported a third Program with significant voter support. Phase III of the Richmond County ongoing Building Program consisted of 41 projects including the following: 223 new classrooms, New Vocational / Technical Magnet High School, 14 major renovations and addition projects and 22 infrastructure (roof, HVAC, technology) and contingency projects.
As a result of additional collections during Phase III, savings from the Phase III Program, and investments from these dollars, further projects were able to be completed as a part of Phase III beyond the origina scope. Additional projects / scope include the following:
- Hephzibah Middle School HVAC / Roofing project - this project was not originally advertised.
