Logo Usage Guidelines
-
The RCSS logo must have adequate room on all sides of visual materials. The logo should not be so large that it becomes the most prominent image on the page. Providing sufficient contrast between the logo and the document’s background is crucial for optimal visibility. Logos should always be resized proportionately. When resizing the logo, hold down the “Shift” key on your computer to keep it proportionate to its original size.
Variations
All logos may only be full-color, all-black, or all-white.
Co-Branding
For official partnerships between our school system and outside organizations, partners should use our full-color logo against a white background where possible. The logos should be the same visual size.

Incorrect Logo Usage
- Don’t place over complex backgrounds or photos.
- Don’t replace colors.
- Don’t recreate the logo.
- Don’t squish or stretch the logo.
- Don’t overlap the RCSS logo with school logos
PHOTO TIP: Choose photos with an open area at the top or bottom for the logo to be placed. Do not place the logo over a busy part of the photo.
