Instructional Resource and Textbook Adoption Guidelines for Vendors
The Richmond County School System is a closed district, meaning all contact from publishers and sales representatives regarding instructional resource purchases should be directed through the district office. School personnel should contact the Instructional Resource Coordinator if sales representatives contact the school without going through the district office. The district office will not send a sales representative to a school without prior notification from the Instructional Resource Coordinator. All vendor presentations during an adoption year are coordinated through the Teaching and Learning Department.
