Register for the 2025–2026 School Year Today!

    To help our families prepare for a safe and successful school year, all Richmond County School System (RCSS) families—new and returning—must update their information and complete bus transportation registration for each student through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. 

     

    Registering now helps us: 

     

    • Build safer and more efficient bus routes. 

    • Make sure your child is assigned a bus before the first day of school. 

    • Keep your contact information updated so you don’t miss important messages. 

     

    Spring Registration is open April 15 – May 30, 2025. 

How to Register

  • Follow the instructions below or download our registration guide. 

     

    Step 1: Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal 
    Step 2: Click Online Registration under "Shortcuts" 
    Step 3: Choose: 

     

    • “Existing Families” if your child is already enrolled in RCSS 

    • “New Student Registration” if your child is new to RCSS 

     

    Step 4: Select Next Year – 2025–2026 
    Step 5: Complete the application and click Submit
